材料

レシピ1
フライパンを温め油をひき適当な大きさに切った、にんじんじゃがいもを炒めます。油が回ったら水を加え軽く火入れをします。

水出汁後の昆布を食べやすい大きさにカットし、かつおと共に鍋に加えます。材料に半分ほど火が通ったらみりん、砂糖を加えさらに火を通します。

竹グシが通る程度になったら玉ねぎを加え、透明になったら肉を加えます。肉に火が通ったらかつおパックを取り出します。

醤油を加え煮詰めます。煮汁が足りないようなら水を足し、味を調整して下さい。

ある程度煮詰まれば茹でた絹さやを添えて出来上がりです。
コツ・ポイント
だしをとった後のかつおや出し昆布は捨てないで下さいね！まだまだ旨味は残っています。だしをとった後の昆布とかつおを使って『肉じゃが』を作ってみました。
