おすすめの昆布だしの取り方

お鍋に昆布とお水を入れてしばらく（最低でも30分くらい）置きます。

そのまま弱火から中火で加熱して、沸騰する前に味をみてだしが出ていれば火を止めて昆布を取り出します。
コツ・ポイント
昆布のだしは、昆布全体に水分が行き届いている状態がだしが出やすいので最初にお水に浸けておきます。レシピ１の昆布を浸け置く時間で、もし時間があれば長く置いていると良いのですが、半日以上置く場合は冷蔵庫に入れて下さい。
お水に浸けるだけの水だしの方が手間は少なく安定しただしをとれるので良いのですが、時間がかかってしまいます。水出しを作り忘れた時やその料理お都度だしを作るならこの取り方が良いと思います。
