昆布とかつおの水出しの作り方

お茶パックに花かつお10gを入れたものを２つ作ります。

水1リットル以上が入る容器にレシピ１で作ったパック２つと水と昆布を入れて、冷蔵庫に10時間入れたら完成。
コツ・ポイント
昆布とかつおを煮出すこと無く水出しすることで
まろやかで雑味のない、香り豊かな出汁を簡単にとれます。
材料を入れたままの状態で冷蔵庫に２日間入れっぱなしでも、問題無くお使いいただけます。
朝に準備をして、晩にはいろいろなお料理にお使いいただけます。時短で美味しく、大変便利です。
